Before You Arrive

Book a Session
Tuesday - Friday 8AM-8PM
Saturday & Sunday 7AM-9PM
Choose a time slot that is ideal for you. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Hydrate
It is important to have your body properly hydrated before your session. We encourage drinking plenty of water with additional electrolytes.

Pack Your Suit
Plan to bring a swimsuit and/or appropriate light clothing, water bottle and towel. There will be water bottles available for purchase.
Check In

Check In
Upon arrival, follow signs for the check in area. Inside there will be water bottles, towels, and other merchandise available for purchase.

Change
There is a heated changing area on site where you can change into your bathing suit.

Lock It Up
There are lockers provided for personal items during your session. You will want to remove any jewelry as they can get hot in the saunas. Phones can also overheat and are encouraged to stay in your vehicle or locker.
Enjoy Your Session

Typical Session
Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. This typically means 3 sauna sessions with a cool down between each one.

Listen to Your Body
If you are feeling unwell or dizzy, exit the sauna and the on site staff can assist you. It is important to be properly hydrated and not currently sick during your visit.
